with the future requirements of CA2025, preparing firms for a smooth
transition. We're working hand-in-hand with PAAB on the staggered transition
approach and will be included in monthly focus groups with firms
Our team are working hard to identify and understand the current and
potential teething problems in adopting CA2025 and how ATX will assist in
solving those pain points for Namibian firms.
Your firm's subscription to ATX will include regular short video sessions on the
application to guide trainees through the transition to CA2025. Once CA2025 is
in place, we aim to provide training sessions on effective assessment
completion and review in relation to CA2025.

Founder
Astrid is a Senior Manager in a Global Big-Four audit firm in Ireland, with over 10 years of auditing experience. Her passion for developing audit trainees and her expertise in leadership styles, project management and soft skills has led her to be involved in multiple focus groups. As a registered Assessor in Namibia, Astrid brings a unique perspective to ATX, ensuring that it meets the needs of trainees, firms and the Institute alike.

Four Leaf Trading Enterprises (Proprietary) Limited trading as FLE was founded
by Astrid and Ben-Piet, a proud Namibian couple who moved to Ireland in 2021
with the goal of gaining international experience which could then be
ploughed back into Namibian soil.
Our mission is to revolutionize the way Namibian audit and accounting firms
manage and evaluate their training assessments, empowering trainees to
succeed and firms to thrive. By streamlining the process and making
preparation for Institute reviews effortless, our aim is to allow firms to achieve
